Aerie, celebrated for its commitment to body positivity and inclusivity, brings its wide array of women’s intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections.

Southern Tide delivers an essence of southern charm and coastal lifestyle to The Avenue Viera. Now open, guests will find versatile apparel fit for any family excursion, including men’s and women’s apparel. Sharing the spirit of coastal living, Southern Tide presents classic styles designed with lasting functionality.

Known for its bold, high-quality jewelry pieces, Kendra Scott will be joining The Avenue Viera. Chico’s will also be moving to a new location at 2251 Town Center Avenue, Suite 121. Chico’s will remain open at their current location during the construction of the new store.
