Lifestyle brands will join new retail offerings including Nordstrom Rack, Southern Tide and Air & Anchor

VIERA, Fla., (December 17, 2024) The Avenue Viera, Brevard County’s premier shopping and lifestyle destination, is thrilled to announce the latest updates to the property’s retail offerings including the addition of highly anticipated brands, American Eagle and Aerie. The two leading lifestyle retailers will join The Avenue Viera in 2025 along with coveted fashion retailer, Nordstrom Rack, classic and coastal apparel brand, Southern Tide, and family-owned jewelry business, Air and Anchor. These exciting additions reflect The Avenue Viera’s continued growth and commitment to elevating the property’s dynamic retail offerings for the community.

Upon opening, American Eagle Outfitters and its sub-brand Aerie will feature extensive product portfolios of signature collections including denim, activewear, accessories and more. Catering to a youthful, trend-forward audience, these brands merge contemporary styles with high-quality materials for everyday wear. Aerie is known for its dedication to promoting body positivity and empowering women. The inclusive offerings at Aerie will provide a true balance of style and comfort.

Adding to the momentum, Panera Bread will relocate to a new space on the property, bringing the desired convenience of a drive-through. Sleep Number will also be moving to a new location and will remain open at their current location during the construction of their new store.
