VIERA, Fla., December 3, 2024 The Avenue Viera, Brevard County’s premier shopping and lifestyle destination, is pleased to announce the addition of two highly sought-after brands to its retail offerings as well as the notable relocation of Panera Bread. The latest brands to announce an opening in 2025 at The Avenue Viera are Southern Tide and Air & Anchor. Panera Bread is moving to a new location on Lake Andrew Drive in 2025.

Southern Tide brings an essence of southern charm and coastal lifestyle to The Avenue Viera.  Guests will find versatile apparel fit for any family excursion. Sharing the spirit of coastal living, Southern Tide presents classic styles designed with lasting functionality.

Air & Anchor, a brand rooted in craftsmanship and family tradition, is set to open at The Avenue Viera in 2025. Drawing inspiration from a family-owned Rhode Island factory, Air & Anchor offers a unique collection of jewelry that blends vintage craftsmanship with modern design. The store will bring the factory experience to life, allowing customers to see pieces being made, customize designs, and engage directly with the creative process. With high-quality, customizable jewelry and permanent pieces, Air & Anchor creates designs that are made to be worn daily and to carry personal meaning for years to come.

The relocation of Panera Bread will provide the desired convenience of a drive thru and new dining area.  Panera Bread will stay open at their current location until the opening of the new location on 6531 Lake Andrew Drive in 2025.
