The dynamic expansion of retail offerings at The Avenue Viera includes recently opened stores such as Southern Tide, American Eagle, Aerie, Kendra Scott, and Let’s Plant It.  Also opening in 2025 include Nordstrom Rack, Air & Anchor, and Tommy Bahama.

Air & Anchor and Tommy Bahama are scheduled to open in 2025. Local business, Let’s Plant It, is opening July 18 with a grand opening celebration planned for August 1. Panera and Sleep Number are moving to new locations on the property in 2025, but are open at their current locations.

Kendra Scott, Southern Tide, American Eagle, and Aerie opened at The Avenue Viera earlier this year, welcoming shoppers to check out the latest inventory and explore the vibrant spaces. Additionally, existing retailers, Talbots and Chico’s, have recently relocated to newly remodeled spaces on the property.
