Throughout the week, they’ll build toward true culinary mastery as they learn mother sauces, hand-rolled pastas, dumpling shaping, emulsions, searing, knife work, and advanced baking and decorating. Guided by a professional chef instructor, they’ll build confidence in balancing flavors, managing heat, plating with intention and refining their personal culinary style.
What To Expect:
- In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4-5), sharing work stations in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
- Hands-on classes are limited to 16-20 students, depending on location.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
