You’ll prepare wide ribbons of pappardelle and toss them with a from-scratch walnut pesto made in the Breville Paradice Food Processor. To finish\, you’ll churn tiramisu gelato in the Breville Smart Scoop® Ice Cream Maker and top it with espresso for a decadent affogato. \nMenu \n\nPan-Roasted Steak with Capers\, Arugula and Parmesan\nPappardelle with Kale & Walnut Pesto\nHomemade Pasta Dough\nTiramisu Gelato Affogato\n\nWhat To Expect \n\nWork together with other students (in groups of 4)\, sharing workstations and equipment in a fun\, hands-on environment.\nClasses are 2 hours\, unless otherwise noted.\nHands-on classes are limited to 14–16 students\, depending on location.\nYou will be standing\, cooking\, and working for most of the class.\nWear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.\nStudents receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.\nCancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time.\nPrices vary by location.
