Steak the Tuscan Way with Sur la Table

What You Will Learn

Indulge in an elegant Tuscan-inspired evening as you learn to grill steak the traditional Tuscan way, then slice and serve it with arugula and crispy fried capers. You’ll prepare wide ribbons of pappardelle and toss them with a from-scratch walnut pesto made in the Breville Paradice Food Processor. To finish, you’ll churn tiramisu gelato in the Breville Smart Scoop® Ice Cream Maker and top it with espresso for a decadent affogato.

What To Expect

  • Work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment.
  • Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 14–16 students, depending on location.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
  • Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
  • Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
  • Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time.
  • Prices vary by location.
