In this baking class, you’ll discover how to make a flaky pie crust from scratch and a luscious apple filling enhanced with salted caramel. You’ll learn the surprisingly simple technique for weaving an impressive lattice top and assemble your pie in a Sur La Table 9.5″ Pie Dish—ready to bake or freeze for later.

What To Expect
- Work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment.
- Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted.
- Hands-on classes are limited to 14–16 students, depending on location.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
- Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
- Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
