A Taste of Spring with Sur La Table
Join Sur La Table for this fun, hands-on class and learn to cook with delicious, in-season produce! Our instructor will walk you through marinating and cooking flavorful lamb skewers and roasting carrots with bright and citrusy preserved lemon. To round out the menu, you’ll make an upside-down cake with seasonal fruit and buttermilk ice cream. By the end of class, you’ll have the skills to recreate this menu at home—for guests or for yourself.
