Job Overview:
Air & Anchor’s Key Holder is a savvy, proactive, and organized individual who knows how to get things done. With a passion for delivering top-notch retail and customer experiences, you’ll be our brand ambassador, focusing on our brand and factory story, jewelry assembly, and sales. You’ll partner with our Store Manager to oversee store operations, train our team, and create an energetic, customer-first environment. From daily operations to visual merchandising, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards and driving our store’s success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Manage and assist with daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Onboard and train new and existing staff on product knowledge, store policies, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Customer Engagement & Product Knowledge: Connect with customers, share our story, and provide a memorable shopping experience. Be well-versed in our brand, our products and the jewelry-making process.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure strong visual standards are maintained across the store.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns thoughtfully, working with the Store Manager on any escalated issues.
  • Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
